Are you one of those people who get nervous before job-interview? Many people are, but there is no reason to get in panic. If you consider some techniques and take the time to prepare, so you can make the best possible impression at every job-interview you go on.

The job-interview, it’s one part of the application procedure and at the same time be the most important one. It’s finally time to meet personally your hiring manger. Therefore it’s for many applicants stressful and they might feel inconvenient during the job-interview. But there is no reason to overreact if you’re good prepared and consider some techniques.

A job-interview gives you the chance to shine and prove your hiring manger that you’re the best candidate for the needed position.

In fact, it could be done for you, if you‘re not appropriately dressed or if you say something wrong. So, it’s very recommendable to be well dressed and consider your language. Take the time to prepare your job-interview by practising with your friend. Furthermore, be able to present your qualifications and abilities from your CV and be aware to stay calm and focused. Show your interest on the company you apply for. The more information you’ve got, the easier it’ll be to answer interview questions and don’t be afraid to ask a question either.

Hello everyone!

I was asked to write a blog about Fairtrade and their importance for your social and environmental standards.

Defination

For those who are unfamiliar with Fairtrade. It is an institutional arrangement created to help local farmers in developing countries to work and trade under fair conditions. So, it means that small scale farmers produce bio-products and receive a fair price from exporters, as well as work under fair conditions. Furthermore, Fairtrade guarantees for local sustainability, which means they build schools and hospitals in developing countries.

Where can I find Fairtrade products?

Fortunately, you can find Fairtrade products in almost every supermarket, even in discounts. If you see an original Fairtrade logo on a product, you can be sure that is a biological/fairly product from a developing country. You can find more than over 6,000 Fairtrade products from coffee and tea.

Pros and Cons

In comparison to other products you pay a higher price, but it guarantees you that this prod-uct is biological and in fair conditions. Moreover, stands for environmental protections, which means farmers are used to produce environmentally and sustainability.

Comment

In general, Fairtrade guarantees bio products, produced under fair working conditions and it stands against climate change and exploitation.
